1. WE GET BACK TO YOU
We read your submission and begin looking into your request, responding as soon as possible. We respond with any questions we might have and we go over the brief together.
2. THE BRIEF, THE PRICE, THE ADVANCE
Once the brief is complete and we’re all on the same page, we sign a contract in which we ask for a non-refundable deposit, usually 50% (half) of the final price. This is standard practice, done to protect everyone involved, to make sure we are all serious about working together, and to keep you invested in our project.
3. WE GET TO WORK
After getting the technicalities out of the way we begin working on our project. That means thoroughly researching the market, the competition and your current brand. We find precise, intelligent solutions to your demands and, mixed with vast amounts of technical skills, we make certain to fulfill your wishes.
4. DOWN TO THE LAST DETAIL
We send you files to review and let you decide if you want any changes. Depending on the type of project, we offer either one or two initial drafts / concepts, unless agreed upon differently in the brief, because we believe any more lead to diluted, ineffective ideas. After one initial idea is chosen, two revisions are included in the original price, so we can make certain everything is satisfactory and your requests are met.
5. WE PASS THE CROWN
After you’re happy with the work provided and the other half of the receipt is settled, we send you over all the appropriate files in all the necessary formats. We happily observe you put our project to work and hope that we get the chance to work with you again.
